Gustnado swirls across high school campus in Colorado

In the video below, watch a Gustnado swirl across the campus of Pueblo West High School, Pueblo West in Colorado.

Sam Pisciotta, a teacher and coach at the school captured the Gustnado on video when it struck around five days ago.

In case you’re not sure what a Gustnado is! Here’s a brief description for you…

A Gustnado is a short-lived, ground-based rotating wind that can form on the leading edge of a severe thunderstorm.

Even though the name comes from the “gust of a Tornado”, not forgetting it almost looks like a Tornado. A Gustnado is not considered to be one.
